About Health 2030

Health 2030 is a multicentric and multidisciplinary initiative aimed at exploring and exploiting the potential of new technologies in the fields of health and personalized medicine.

This initiative brings together the Universities and University Hospitals of Bern, Geneva and Lausanne as well as the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.

It encourages:

• Research, education and services related to health and personalized medicine
• Development and exploitation of new biomedical technologies related to these fields include big data, digital epidemiology, genomics, bioinformatics, biobanks, digitized medical data and e-Health, not only in their technical but also in their social dimensions, including economics, law and health ethics.
• The interdisciplinary discussion among the involved academic, clinical, political, societal, economic and industrial partners.

Health 2030 is a partner of the national initiatives designed to promote the development of personalized health medicine in Switzerland.
